Matrix Repatterning Treatment 4

                                                                                                                          Thurs. May 31, 2012
Today's treatment focus was all about my head.  Specifically the back of my head.

I told Margaret all about the symptoms I felt after Tuesday's treatment.  These symptoms usually occurred within an hour or two after my treatment.  I spoke and she recorded that I had pressure in my right ankle, then periodic aching in that same ankle throughout the rest of the day.  More tension was coming out of that ankle area.  Margaret reminded me that during my first treatment there was a lot of tension that had been released in several areas of my right ankle.  There was probably just some residual tension left over, that needed healing.  I had some tightness in my chest ( I had bronchial asthma in my 20's) and a mild headache that subsided within an hour or so.
My left ankle had some swelling again too but not nearly as sever as when the first treatment of my left ankle occurred.  My right ankle also had some swelling, there was a small lump between my right ankle bones on top front of my foot.  This lump didn't last long either, maybe a couple of hours. The tension was continuing to release.
That's about it.  Not too bad, seems like my body is reacting very well to each Matrix Repatterning treatment.  Less and less symptoms means less needs to be healed.  Yay!

On to today's treatment.....
During the last session  Margaret mentioned that maybe I should try wearing a wireless bra so I wouldn't conduct so much energy to my extremities during a treatment.  That maybe my arms and legs wouldn't be so twitchy.  So I did and let me tell you, it worked.  Throughout today's treatment I did still have left and right arm twitching, but not nearly as much as if I was wearing my under wire bra.

For today's treatment I began by sitting on a chair with a bean bag pillow under my tail bone.  Then I hunched over like a teenager and Margaret placed one hand on top of my head and the other on my lower back.  She started to compress.  As she continued to place gentle pressure I felt more and more relaxed.  I felt my entire face go from tight to loose and relaxed.  I was after a minute or two entirely relaxed and sleepy.  The purpose of this treatment position was so my nervous system could be released.  She wanted to get all of my electricity flowing easily throughout my entire body so as to get a better reaction electrically as she treated my head today.
I was extremely relaxed at this point and now I was asked to lay down on the massage table on my right side.  A pillow was between my knees and a bean bag pillow was between my elbows and yet another bean bag pillow was under my neck.  She  began by pinpointing the specific problem areas with her metal electrical machine and the indicator area on my ribs.  But today she used my upper rib area rather than lower.
As she located different troubled areas on the left back side of my head, gentle pressure was placed using different hand positions as needed for each area.  Anywhere from approx. 30 seconds to 1 minute or so, the pressure was on.  Then the area was checked again with the indicator (rib area) and pressure with both hands to see if now the indicator area was solid and not soft and squishy.  If it was solid, that area was now healed and she moved on to wherever else there was an issue, constantly checking, treating and rechecking.  When my left central back of my head was being treated, I felt a jolt of energy in my right big toe and a bit of pain in my lower back.  When my left back area of my head was being treated I felt I needed to take deep breaths.  Margaret asked me if I was okay, I was so relaxed that I just murmured out a "uh huh"!  I took another deep breath as she continued working on my left head.  This area of my head reacted with the lung, diaphram area of my body.  At one point when my left head had pressure placed on it, I felt my entire right arm go numb and of course the usual, but less amount of twitching occurred in both arms.  She treated the entire left side and also a bit down my left neck.

When the left of my head had been completed, the right side was now to be treated.  I flipped over to my left side, very sleepily, again with the pillows between my knees, elbows and under my neck.  She began to check what areas needed healing using the upper rib indicator area on my right side and the electrical metal first.  Pushing on different areas on the back and right side of my head, while pressing on the indicator and waiting to see if that specific area made the indicator soft and squishy.  When she located areas that needed treating, she worked on them and rechecked again to make sure all was well and solid.  The right upper side of my head had a  slight bump on it.  It was a bit tender to touch, so gentle pressure was placed around that hurt area when it came time to treat it.  When I had  my car accident in 2001, a car had t-boned us on my side of the vehicle.  I hit the right upper side of my head which left me with the bump.  Also the left lower side of my head was affected.  I had minor whiplash, so that's why there was so much damage on the left side of my head.  The strike on my head radiated like a funnel to the left side of my head.  Margaret had worked double the time on my left side than that of my right side of my head.  Smaller area to be treated on my right side.
My feet seemed to be restless at times during the entire treatment.  At one point, when the right side of my head was being treated I felt achy in my left intestinal area.  Something was getting triggered in those areas throughout my nervous system, for my body to react this way, for my brain to tell the body to start to heal these areas.

Once Margaret had completed with my right side of my head, today's treatment had come to an end.
My body had a lot to process.

Whenever the head is treated, past emotions sometimes come out, a patient may cry or get angry.  I was somewhat nervous about my treatment today, because I didn't want to get angry and start thrashing my arms around, nor did I want to cry hysterically for any reason.  I did quite well with all of my treatment today, no crying, no anger, just relaxed tiredness.

I asked Margaret today since my head was being treated and my entire nervous system was once again lit up, will today's treatment help with my anxiety.  It should she said, so I will be making mental notes to see if it had.  My Oma was a ball of anxiety.  I was the lucky granddaughter to have inherited this.  Hopefully as only a short time passes I will finally be healed of this nervous disorder.

During my 30 minute drive home I had only one symptom.  My head was slightly achy, but this feeling diminished by the time I arrived at home.  And at one point during this post I felt a bit light headed, which Margaret said is normal after having the head worked on.  I am still tired and will more than likely continue to be so the rest of the day, as per Margaret's comments.

That's it for today,  my next treatment is next week, stay tuned for updates.  Meanwhile...

Matrix Repatterning Treatment Three

                                                                                                                 Tuesday May 29, 2012

Today's treatment session started out the same as the last two.  But this time I came prepared.  As it has been 5 days since my last treatment I was sure to record some of my symptoms as they had occurred.
Margaret recorded pertinent information as I began to ramble on.
The evening after my last treatment I noticed that my left ankle had swollen quite a bit.  As you can see by the picture below.  I couldn't  make out my ankle bone with my foot bone, I was just all puffy.

My body was remembering the injury and now was reacting like this to heal it properly.
Margaret manipulates the bones, she tells me, which gives the body the go ahead to recognise old injuries and  now is able to heal.
The next morning, I felt a bit of pain in my right wrist, right shoulder, but these didn't last long, only a few minutes. And my left ankle was still swollen.   I was told the swelling, although not severe but noticeable, could last anywhere from 3 to 6 WEEKS.  Yikes!  Oh well, at least I know that this is an indication that Matrix Repatterning is working and my body is truly healing itself; what it is meant to do anyway.
Saturday I had a bit of a soar neck, swollen left ankle still and of all things I stubbed my baby right toe! Ugh!!
I'm sure Margaret will not be happy with me about that.  Or maybe she will be as she knows she can easily fix me.
I was asked how I was sleeping at night and if I had trouble getting to sleep.  I answered that yes I do now wake up at night a couple of times tossing and turning, where before the treatments began I was sleeping through the entire night.  And also now I have a hard time falling asleep too.  I'm up until almost midnight before I fall asleep.  I try to read in order to make myself tired enough to finally close my eyes, but nevertheless, the midnight hour soon approaches.  In the morning I wake up around 6:30 - 7:00am where before I could have easily slept in until 9am or so.  Margaret says this is happening because at every treatment session, my entire nervous system is being lit up.  I guess I'm kind of a light bulb on full power all of the time now, healing like a mad person.   What a wondrous thing our body is!

Okay, on with today's treatment.  As I lay on the massage table trying to find my happy place, Margaret begins working on my silly stubbed right baby toe.  She finds that the area right beside my toe on the outside of my foot is actually more damaged than the toe itself.  Who would have thunk!  Anyways, she fixed me right up.  As she was barely applying the first amounts of pressure, wouldn't you know it, my left arm just resting at my side on the table started to twitch again, already!  I am still shocked at how aware I am of  the electricity running through my body.  Maybe that's why I always get shocked so much pushing the carts at the grocery store.  Hmmm!
During the 5 minutes or so, that she finished with my silly toe, I still continuously felt pressure by my left pelvis area as I had during the first two treatments.  Still healing and releasing tension I'm sure.

Next she moved onto my left leg once again to finish up where she had left off last week.  She knew it needed more work.  My foot and ankle were still her main focus.  She had checked to see where the problem areas were with her handy dandy electrical metal thing and the indicator.
As she manoeuvred her hands in specific locations throughout my left foot and ankle  I felt the clicking in my big toe again as it moved back into place and in my ankle and again in a different part of my ankle.  My left arm continuing to react to every pressure point being pushed on, twitching like crazy, and I even felt some tingling on and in my left ear as my left foot was being treated.  At one point, Margaret placed one hand under my heel and the other hand on the top of my foot, as she placed gentle pressure she began to compress my foot together and there I went again another big click and my foot went back to its original normal position.  She says there were many little clicks happening I just didn't feel all of them this time as much.  Maybe I'm getting used to it.
When the bones receive an injury, ( like my left foot getting caught in the back wheel of a bicycle in motion ) for some reason they enlarge, ( maybe to absorb the injury?? as this may be the body's way to band aid the situation ) so my foot now was being manipulated back to where it was always supposed to be by the use of Margaret's healing hands.  As she had treated my left foot I felt light pressure in my right ankle too.  The body is all connected right.  Ahh let the Healing continue!!
While still on my left leg, the scar tissue on my left ankle from my bicycle injury years ago was being repaired as well.  Normally if anything slightly hits or touches the scarred area, I twinge, cause it hurts.  Today, because Margaret worked on fixing  my bones first, she says that she works on the bones and the body works on healing the connective tissues.  Now because she worked on my left outside ankle bone,  which was the centre for my pain in that scarred area, whenever she touched it today, it didn't hurt at all.  Actually at the end of the session she showed my how she treated  the scarred area.  She held her two thumbs, tip to tip, on one part of the scar and placed slight pressure as she tried to separate her thumbs, but making sure not to.  I could actually see right in front of my eyes, her thumbs were being moved apart as the scar tissue stretched apart.  OMG!  sooooo cool!  After treating all of the areas of my left foot and ankle, she used her electric metal device once again to make sure all was now well.  The indicator would show some strength not squish.

I was told that the legs and feet were the first to be treated as a new patient as they ground us electrically.  No ground = no current circulation.  Then the head which is the power and then the rest of the body are to be treated in that order.  Now when the power/head is worked on, this may trigger lots of emotions as all of the past emotions are now going to come out.  Also what may trigger are other problem areas in the legs again that may arise that may have been  hidden, by the head.

Margaret then checked the rest of my left leg, worked on my left knee a bit, rechecked it to make sure all was well before moving on to check my right knee again.  She treated my right knee for another bit, correcting more issues.  My lower arms were tingly again joined by my last two fingers on each hand and my right arm twitched now a bit to join my left arm. After a quick recheck of my right knee all was well again.

My pubic bone was the next to be treated.
Before my treatment was to begin.  Margaret measured with her fingers on my clothed body, how long from the top to the bottom of both sides of my pubic bones were to each other.  She measured that the left pubic bone was significantly larger than my right side.  Maybe about 1/8 inch larger.  Which is quite the difference when they are supposed to be the same size.  When my groin hit onto my bike as a child, this was more than likely the cause of this bone to have been larger, so Margaret told me.
I found out that the rib area that is pushed on, to feel if it is squishy or has some give when a certain area of my body had the electrical metal on it, is called the indicator.

When Margaret placed the metal on different areas of my pubic bone, I felt a lot of squish on the indicator area especially on the left side of my pubic bone.  All makes sense now about the indicator .... no?
She placed a small bean bag pillow across my pubic bones and put her entire front arm right across it and placed gentle pressure.  I felt a lot of release, for lack of a better word. My arms were twitching like crazy,  it's like they couldn't relax.  Next she placed some pressure with the palms of her hands pushing down on my pubic bone toward my back.  Again I felt release.  Then she placed light pressure onto my left pubic bone with both hands, almost pushing it together from top to bottom, like compressing the bone.  This time my right leg started to twitch too.  It was also bouncing a couple of times off of the table.  I must have looked like a circus act as I was twitching all over the place.  "The current was strong in her that day", ha, ha.
Margaret stopped there.  She said that was enough for today.  Or I would have been twitching the rest of the day.  And looked like a weirdo everywhere I went I'm sure.

I felt very calm and relaxed after today's treatment even with the twitching.  The hour of healing sure flew by fast.

My next appointment is in two days.  I can't wait to see what healing my body will do next.  My head will be the next focus of attention.  Yikes!

As we said our good byes, and discussed today's treatment a bit, I realised that my left foot was now too small for my left sandal.  The sandal had stretched out for my previous injured sized foot and now I was slipping out of it.  Oh well!! Its a good excuse to go shopping for some new sandals.  Lol!

Some of my symptoms I felt as I headed home was light pain in my right ankle.  Yup, right ankle, weird being that my left ankle was treated.  I noticed a small lump on the front of my right foot between the ankle bones of my foot too.  I felt a bit of a tight chest and some pressure in my head too.  All of these symptoms seemed to have passed after an hour or so, except for my right ankle.  The mild pain came and went as it pleased.  My left ankle also started to swell again a bit, but not as bad as the last treatment, at least not yet anyway.  Its only mid afternoon now.  I did however feel a few sharp jolts in my left foot a couple of times though.
Let the healing continue.

Until next time...
Stay Well

Matrix Repatterning Treatment Two

                                                                                                                      Thurs. May 24, 2012

Today my Matrix Repatterning appointment was at 1pm.

So much went on today, but in different parts of my body.  By so much, I mean the amount of electricity that ran throughout certain parts of my body.

Margaret and I first began discussing what, if any symptoms I had felt since the last treatment.
I had a slight headache, that diminished within an hour after the treatment.  I had a bit of lower back pain and some tension around my right shoulder/neck area.  I had recalled some injuries from the past about soar knees in cold weather and about my cut mouth from the dentist and how I get headaches when the Barometer changes. I  voiced them to her as she recorded  all the information.

Today's treatment began by my laying down again, and again with my left leg laying flat and arms at my sides on the table, bending my right leg, so my knee faced the ceiling.  Margaret wanted to determine if my right leg had completely healed yet or not.
With one hand just at the base of my right ribs, she placed her metal electrical device on many different parts of my right leg as she pressed on my ribs.  There were still a couple of issues in my knee area, because  there was some softer muscle tissue near my ribs as she pressed when the metal was placed near and on my knee.  She asked me to go on my mini mind relaxing vacation as she began to work on my right knee.  Now remember my right knee sat higher that my left knee when both were bent and my feet were perfectly matched together.
She strategically placed her hands on a few different positions on my knee and applied a gentle pressure.  Then rechecked the areas and all felt solid under my ribs.

Next she moved on to my left leg.  Oh my!  The entire time she worked on my left leg, my left arm not only tingled, but it twitched a lot, to the point it was bouncing on the table.  Also during her entire treatment, I felt a pressure through my left pelvis area and into my groin.  So I was releasing a lot of tension in all of those areas. Good thing.  Those are my baby making parts.

As Margaret treated the thigh of my left leg, I felt just once a jolt across my upper back.  As she treated my left knee I felt the room spinning and then subside, as I continuously felt light tingling throughout my fingers on both hands and my left arm twitching with the my body electricity making the left side of my body tingle.

I was asked to lay on my right side with a pillow between my knees for the next treatment of my left leg.  My ankle was the next focus of attention.  I had a bicycle accident with my left ankle when I was very young.  It had gotten caught in the back spokes of a bicycle wheel that my cousin was riding and doubling me on.  I had a cast on it and still have a scar to prove it.  When Margaret began to place pressure on this area, I was sure I would have some pain, as it is and has been very sensitive to touch still today.  Yet every move she had made and every area she had placed pressure, I didn't feel any pain, only tension release.

My left toe was an issue all on its own!  I was laying on my back again as Margaret worked on my left toes and some parts of my left foot. When my right big toe was treated two days ago, I felt a clicking or popping 4 or 5 times as it was going back into place.  Today, when my left  big toe was being worked on, I felt about a dozen clicks as it moved back into position and it wasn't finished yet, because Margaret told my that she would complete the left side during my next appointment, focusing on my big toe and more ankle.
I practised gymnastics in high school, my feet and ankles took a lot of pressure as I would land during my routines on the uneven bars, balance beam and floor routines.

I felt the left front side of my foot click a couple of times too as she applied pressure to certain areas of my foot.  What a strange but relieving feeling to know your foot is healing itself with only minor pressure from a set of hands.  There's a lot of tension/injury still going on with my left ankle and big toe, so that will be treated again next time.  My left arm still twitched a bit even after Margaret had finished the treatment.  My body takes a few hours to adjust to the healing, she said.

As Margaret was finishing, she pushed my right leg towards my chest to see how flexible it had become.  I could now touch my right knee to my chest.  Which I couldn't before. My left knee was still in the air.  Close to my chest yes, but it could not reach quite as far as my treated right leg did.  And my right toe has straightened out.  One more measuring check was made.  My knees were almost at the same level when I was laying down with my knees bent.  My right leg seemed to sit higher that my left a few days earlier.  As we had determined this during my first visit and my assessment.  Not now, heights are almost the same, almost back to normal.

On my drive home I felt the left side of my face tingly a bit and my left elbow twitched a couple more times.
I also still felt light pressure in my left pelvis area....  Still continuing to heal.

The picture of my feet here, shows that now my right foot is healed and my left foot is still curvy and bendy. My right foot had the same curves and bends as my left foot still has now although not as extreme.

I will take another photo after my next treatment so we can all see the difference Matrix repatterning really
did.  Will my left foot straighten out?  I am a believer.  I have seen it work first hand.  So far so good anyway!

Until next time,
Stay Well,
;)
